Li Jin is a Professor in Geology Department at SUNY Cortland. Her research expertise lies in water quality modelling, hydrology, hydrogeology and hydrogeochemistry. She has spent the past fifteen years working on modelling water quality changes from the impact of climate, land use and other environmental changes. She has applied the INtegrated CAtchment (INCA) models widely across the globe in many countries. She also researches the hydrological and biogeochemical processes that influence water/solute movement and water quality with combined field techniques, modelling and GIS applications. She has published over 40 scientific papers in the refereed journals as well as over 30 abstracts at a wide range of conferences.
